REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Just For Boys wants you to be happy with your purchase.
We will happily exchange or refund your purchase provided:
- All items are returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase. No refund or exchange can be given after 30 days.
- The product/s must be as new, that is, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. The packaging must also be in as new condition.

Please note: Postage of products is not refundable unless the product is deemed faulty. We guarantee your order will be filled and sent out to you at the address you have provided for us.
However if an order cannot be filled due to circumstances beyond our control ie. the product is no longer being manufactured,the customer will be contacted by phone within 2 working days and will be given a full refund or given the option to choose an alternative product.
It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as Just For Boys is not responsible for any product/s lost or damaged in transit.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
Please note some returns may incur a restocking fee of 10% of the product value.
